Message from the Administrator
A cemetery is a special place. It's a place where family and friends can gather to commemorate the life of a loved one. A cemetery is a restful place a place for remembering, for reflection, for enjoying nature.
Hillcrest Cemetery is owned and operated by the City of Weyburn. The cemetery pays respect and tribute to the people who built our city. It provides service at reasonable rates to all faiths and cultures of people.
It is our belief that Hillcrest Cemetery is also for the living. We are presently changing the atmosphere of the cemetery to reflect this by installing park benches, planting more trees, installing structures to recognize religious beliefs and military service, and generally improving the grounds to make it a more pleasant place to visit.

Your Community Cemetery
More people are pre-planning their funeral in a sincere effort to be helpful to their families and for their own peace of mind. In doing so, there are a variety of options to consider.
A pre-arranged funeral plan is available from most funeral homes. Pre-need memorialization options may be purchased through funeral homes or through the Cemetery office located in the Weyburn Fire Hall.
Our staff would be pleased to talk to you about all of the options and payment plans for pre-need arrangements.

Every effort is made by Cemetery Administration to provide a stately and secure place for memorials and a dignified atmosphere for visitors. The Cemetery is governed by the City of Weyburn's Cemetery Bylaw and the Province of Saskatchewan Cemeteries Act.
